Went above and beyond my expectations. I locked my keys in my car at the Frys gas station on Pinal in Casa Grande around 8pm. I called Road Runner and Mike took my phone call - even though he was closed for the day. Mike drove from Chandler to Casa Grande and arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call - impressive. Mike was able to open my door within minutes. As an extra bonus he made me a free spare key to keep at no extra cost. Now that’s service and exceeding my expectations. And a side note, Mike was very nice and easy to work with. Thanks Mike for your service!

I’m not one to take time to write reviews but wanted to share my incredible experience with Roadrunner Keys. While in Phoenix visiting my daughter my fob stopped working. Having had to spend several hundred in the past to replace a fob through the dealer, I contacted Mike with Roadrunner. He was able to respond the same day, came to my location and the best part - it was only the battery! Mike was kind and professional. But what I appreciate most was his honesty. Roadrunner saved the day for me! I lost my only key fob to my Toyota RAV4 and was nowhere near my dealer. When I called my dealer they wanted me to have my car towed there and they would make a new key and sell me a fob the next day! I called Roadrunner and Mike was able to get to me and my car in an hour or so and programmed a new fob for me on the spot, for about half the price of the dealer, and I didn't have to have my car towed either, which would have cost an additional $200. Mike was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend if ever needed
